The customer needed to modify the line supplying the production plant’s eyewash stations and safety showers. The manufacturing process required the use of chemicals, and it was not possible either to stop production or to shut down part of the eyewash stations and safety showers.
With the cryogenic plugs in place, 85% of the line was left loaded and pressurized with eyewash stations and safety showers, while the remaining 15% of the neutralized line was equipped with eyewash stations and mobile safety showers.
The entire operation was completed by the end of the morning.
